Our principle aims and philosophy are to create a pleasant environment as close to that of an ordinary home as possible, caring for each resident as if he or she was in the care of their own family, whilst preserving their privacy and dignity, as detailed in our Residents Charter. We actively encourage the resident's independence, allowing maximum possible choices in life style and continued links within the local community.

Our Staff are on hand to provide practical sympathetic support, with genuine care & concern for the individual. Staff are actively encouraged to participate in recognised training programmes provided by us. The home is served by 2 Doctors, although residents are free to enlist with the GP of their choice within the locality. We also have the usual domiciliary facilities of a Chiropodist, Hairdresser, Dentist and Optician. There are visiting ministers of all denominations. Numerous activities are arranged on a regular basis by our dedicated events organiser to provide enjoyment, entertainment and stimulation for all who choose to participate. These include coffee mornings, movement to music, pottery and handicraft sessions, aromatherapy, carol singers from the local school, visiting artists and an annual summer fayre.

We offer Permanent, Respite and Palliative Care. We can also accommodate Short Stay and Day Care for those times where families require a break. We recommend a trial period of up to eight weeks to ensure that our home can meet the resident’s needs and that the individual is happy and comfortable with the choice they have made. Breach House has just recently completed (June 2018) an extensive building programme, resulting in an additional 9 new rooms, of which some will have their own patio and garden. The whole wing has also been upgraded and all have deluxe up to date modern facilities that include fully tiled walk in showers with grab rails for safety purposes. All our rooms are single, with en-suite facilities; although married couples or friends/relatives choosing to share for companionship can be accommodated within our ample sized rooms. There is an elegant lounge, which has a large television, a newly built orangery overlooking the beautiful lawn and with an outstanding view of the Clent hills in the distance. A large bright dining room for meals, or alternatively meals can be served in the privacy of a resident’s room if desired. Rooms at Breach House are all bright and attractively decorated, and offer central heating and a television. There are also well appointed bathrooms & toilet facilities with the additional safety features of a bathlift and grab rails.
